Salad with bell peppers and Korean carrots
A quick salad with spicy carrots and sweet peppers! Salad with bell
peppers and Korean carrots is made with a minimum amount of ingredients. There is no dressing in
it as such, so this salad can be partly attributed to dishes that are more healthy than, say,
salads dressed with mayonnaise. The dish turns out very bright both externally and in taste. A
juicy salad with bell peppers and Korean carrots will be a great addition to simple boiled rice,
crumbly pilaf, regular buckwheat porridge or tender mashed potatoes.
Prepare the ingredients needed to prepare the salad: Korean carrots, sweet bell peppers, a little
soy sauce, fresh parsley, white sesame seeds. Place the carrots in a container in which the salad
will be prepared. Free the pure bell pepper from the stalk and seeds. Cut the juicy pulp into
strips of medium thickness. Add pepper to carrots. Rinse the parsley leaves, shake, finely chop
and add to the salad. Salt the salad to taste, taking into account the fact that Korean carrots
are already salty, add a little soy sauce, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds, mix. Salad with
bell peppers and Korean carrots is ready, you can serve it to the table.
