Coocking :

Prepare the ingredients needed to prepare the salad: Korean carrots, sweet bell peppers, a little soy sauce, fresh parsley, white sesame seeds. Place the carrots in a container in which the salad will be prepared. Free the pure bell pepper from the stalk and seeds. Cut the juicy pulp into strips of medium thickness. Add pepper to carrots. Rinse the parsley leaves, shake, finely chop and add to the salad. Salt the salad to taste, taking into account the fact that Korean carrots are already salty, add a little soy sauce, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds, mix.
