How to make Hedgehog salad with carrots? Prepare the right ingredients. Boil chicken fillet, eggs
and rice. Drain the water from the rice, making sure it is not wet. You can take homemade
mayonnaise, it will turn out even tastier. Any pickled mushrooms are allowed here, I have
champignons. You can also take any cheese, and black olives, with them the hedgehog will be more
beautiful. You can buy Korean carrots, or you can make them yourself. Take a wide flat dish and
put the base of lettuce leaves on it. Wash the leaves well and pat dry. Boiled chicken fillet (you
can replace it with smoked or fried), cut into small pieces. Immediately cut also mushrooms and
boiled eggs, peeled. Put the chopped chicken fillet in the shape of a hedgehog on lettuce leaves
and grease it with mayonnaise.
Lay the sliced mushrooms on top of the chicken layer. You can grease it with mayonnaise
(optional, our family does not like a lot of mayonnaise, and I did not miss the mushrooms). Lay
the boiled white rice in the next layer and spread it with mayonnaise. The next layer will be
boiled eggs, chopped or grated. Immediately on the egg layer will go cheese. To do this, grate
hard or semi-hard cheese on a fine grater. Now put the Korean carrot along the line of the
hedgehog's needles and decorate his "fur coat" with pieces of black olives. This is what the final
