Ingredients

I immediately liked it, my family and those guests who respect Korean snacks. He will be appreciated in the youth company. The only downside to this dish is that it runs out quickly. The salad is especially good in the winter, when there are few vitamins. Try it and it won't disappoint you. Adjust the amount of spices to your taste, because some people like it hot, while others simply cannot be spicy.

Coocking :

Peel the squids, boil for 2-3 minutes, and cut into strips. Pour in soy sauce and let stand for ~30 minutes. Grate carrots on a special grater (or Korean) to make long straws. Add vinegar, salt and sugar to the carrots to taste (I put 1 tbsp of salt and 1 tsp of sugar). Rub with hands. onion cut into half rings, fry in vegetable oil. Squeeze carrots from the resulting juice, mix with squid. Add garlic through the press, red and black pepper. Pour hot oil with onions and spices. Mix. You can eat immediately, but it is better to let it brew in the refrigerator ~ 2-3 hours
